주가순자산비율 (PBR) (juga sunjasan biyul)

Price-to-book ratio (P/B)

Reviewed October 15, 2026

Share price ÷ net assets (book value) per share.

PBR is the Korean name for the P/B ratio: the share price divided by the company's net assets per share (what would be left for shareholders if everything were sold and all debts paid, at the values in the accounts).

A P/B below 1 means the market values the company at less than its book value. Many Korean companies trade below 1, part of what is called the "Korea discount", which the government's Value-up programme aims to reduce.

Also called: P/B · PBR · price-to-book
