주가수익비율 (PER) (juga suik biyul)
Price-to-earnings ratio (P/E)
Reviewed October 15, 2026
Share price ÷ earnings per share: how many years of today's profit the price pays for.
PER is the Korean name for the P/E ratio: the share price divided by the company's net profit per share. A P/E of 10 means investors pay ₩10 for every ₩1 of yearly profit.
A low P/E can mean a stock is cheap or that people expect profits to fall; a high one, that they expect growth. It means little for a loss-making company. On JONBUR it uses the last four reported quarters (trailing twelve months).
