공시 (gongsi)

A company announcement that listed companies must publish on DART and the Korea Exchange.

공시 (gongsi) is a disclosure: an official announcement a listed company must publish when something important happens, such as quarterly results, a share issue, a big contract, a lawsuit or a change in major shareholders.

Korean filings appear on DART, run by the Financial Supervisory Service, and on KIND, run by the Korea Exchange. Almost all of them are in Korean only. JONBUR posts the important ones in English with a short summary.
