관리종목 (gwalli jongmok)

A warning label the Korea Exchange puts on stocks at risk of being delisted.

관리종목 (gwalli jongmok) is an 'administrative issue': the Korea Exchange designates a stock this way when the company may be delisted, for reasons such as heavy losses that wipe out much of its capital, very low sales or trading volume, or problems with the auditor's opinion.

The designation is a warning to investors. If the problem isn't fixed in time, the company can go through a delisting review. These stocks may face extra trading restrictions.
